Rubber Product Division
Our facility is fully equipped with comprehensive manufacturing machinery, supported by in-house teams dedicated to formula R&D, plus mold and fixture design. We operate a foolproof batching system alongside four dedicated rubber compounding production lines.
Our diversified production capabilities cover compression molding, transfer molding, injection molding, fully automated hot runner injection, automated slitting, die cutting, as well as dual-layer and triple-layer co-extrusion, and two-part liquid silicone injection molding. With these processes, we manufacture an extensive lineup of custom rubber components — including shaped tubing, protective sleeves, plugs and multi-skeleton sealing parts.
As an extension of BOOM Anhui Factory, BOOM Rubber & Plastic Canada Ltd. was set up to focus on sales, after-sales service and trade development across the North American market.
